½ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1½ pounds of your favorite steak
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well blended.
Place your steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the steaks, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
Remove steaks from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
