4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Sprinkle the carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, spinach, and cheddar cheese evenly.
Roll up the tortillas tightly.
Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
Chill for 20 minutes before serving for best flavor!
