2 lb hot breakfast sausage
1 (30-32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, tater tots, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Transfer to your baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour this mixture evenly over the tater tot mixture.
