2½ cups prepared and chopped Makin’ Magic Chicken, thawed if frozen
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tspCitrus Herb Seasoning
18 oz (about 6 cups) chopped romaine lettuce
5 slices reduced-sodium uncured bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large tomato, chopped
½ cupchopped red onion
½ cupCreamy Balsamic Herb Dressing (or dressing of choice)
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, balsamic vinegar, and Citrus Herb Seasoning. Toss well to coat.
Assemble the Salad:
Divide the romaine lettuce among 5 bowls or plates.
Top each with the marinated chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped tomato, and red onion.
Add Dressing & Serve:
Drizzle with Creamy Balsamic Herb Dressing (or your preferred dressing).
Toss lightly just before eating.
