Instructions

1️⃣ Prep Ingredients (5 min)

  • Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • Chop all vegetables.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl (broth, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes).
  • Make cornstarch slurry (mix cornstarch + water).

2️⃣ Cook Chicken (5-7 min)

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok/skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken, cook 5-7 min until browned and no longer pink. Remove & set aside.

3️⃣ Stir Fry Veggies (5 min)

  • Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the pan.
  • Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, carrots. Stir-fry 3-4 min until crisp-tender.
  • Add garlic & ginger, cook 30 sec until fragrant.

4️⃣ Combine & Simmer (3 min)

  • Return chicken to the pan.
  • Pour in sauce, stir well.
  • Add cornstarch slurry, simmer 2-3 min until sauce thickens.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve over steamed rice, quinoa, or noodles.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.
