Ingredients

  • 8 slices of turkey breast

  • 8 slices of your favorite cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, or Provolone)

  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

  • Lettuce leaves (optional for crunch)

  • Toothpicks (to hold them together)

Instructions

  • Lay a slice of turkey flat on a plate.

  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or mustard on the turkey slice.

  • Place a slice of cheese on top.

  • Add a piece of lettuce if using.

  • Gently roll it up tightly and secure it with a toothpick.

  • Repeat with the remaining slices.
