  • 2 tbsp ghee (or butter)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp seasoning (Herbes de Provence or your favorite blend)
  • ¼½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Grill

  • Set your Traeger pellet grill to 350°F and let it preheat with the lid closed.

2️⃣ Prepare the Salmon

  • Rinse the fillets gently under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix ghee, lemon juice, seasoning, and salt.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
