For the Oreo Crust:

  • 36 Oreo cookies (whole, with filling)
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

  • 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⅓ cups (320ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ¾ cup (90g) powdered sugar
  • 1½ cups Oreo crumbs (from 18 Oreos, reserve 1 Tbsp for topping)
  • 10 Oreos, chopped

For Decoration:

  • ¾ cup (180ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ⅓ cup (40g) powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 Tbsp Oreo crumbs (reserved)
  • 6 Oreos, halved

Instructions

1. Make the Oreo Crust:

  1. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
  2. Crush 36 Oreos (with filling) into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  3. Mix in melted butter until evenly moistened.
  4. Press firmly into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the pan.
  5. Chill in the fridge or freezer while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  1. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and whip until stiff. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in batches.
  4. Fold in Oreo crumbs and chopped Oreos until evenly combined.
  5. Spread over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 5–6 hours (or overnight) until firm.

3. Decorate Before Serving:

  1. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan.
  3. Pipe whipped cream around the edges and place Oreo halves between swirls.
  4. Sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
