4 frozen hashbrown patties
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
Optional: black pepper or hot sauce for a kick
Bake or air fry the hashbrown patties at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
While still hot, sprinkle cheddar cheese on each one so it melts beautifully.
Drizzle with sour cream (you can use a squeeze bottle or spoon).
Add bacon crumbles and finish with fresh chives or green onions.
