Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Prep Salmon

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

2. Make the Spice Rub

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

3. Season the Salmon

  • Brush the spice mix evenly over both fillets.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on top.
