Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (reduced-fat works)
  • 46 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 box (6 oz) dry stuffing mix (like Stovetop)

Instructions

  1. Layer chicken – Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add soup – Pour cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
  3. Mix stuffing – In a bowl, combine melted butter, water, and dry stuffing mix.
  4. Top the chicken – Spread the stuffing mixture over the soup layer.
  5. Cook – Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours (or until chicken reaches 165°F).
  6. Serve – Fluff the dressing lightly with a fork and enjoy!

Notes

✔ Use frozen chicken – No need to thaw; just add 30-60 extra minutes of cooking time.
✔ Double the chicken – For heartier servings, use 6 breasts instead of 4.
✔ Add veggies – Stir in peas, carrots, or celery for extra flavor and nutrition.
✔ Crispy topping – For a crunchier texture, broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes before serving.
