1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
4 oz light cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped cucumber (seeds removed)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (low-sodium if possible)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
