Ingredients

Scale

Yogurt Version

  • 28 fresh raspberries
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s 4%)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

White Chocolate Version

  • 28 fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
  • 4 tsp coconut oil, divided

Instructions

Yogurt Version

  1. Prep Raspberries: Rinse and gently pat raspberries dry with a paper towel. Let them air-dry if needed—excess moisture will make the yogurt slide off.
  2. Coat with Yogurt: Dip each raspberry into yogurt (using fingers or a toothpick) and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30-60 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip in Chocolate: Remove frozen berries from the freezer. Dip each yogurt-coated raspberry into melted chocolate, then return to the tray. Freeze again until chocolate sets (10-15 minutes).
  5. Serve & Store: Let sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before eating for the best texture. Store in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.

White Chocolate Version

  1. Prep Raspberries: Rinse and dry raspberries thoroughly.
  2. Coat with White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips with 2 tsp coconut oil (microwave in 30-second intervals). Dip each raspberry, place on parchment, and freeze for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Add Dark Chocolate Layer: Melt dark chocolate with remaining 2 tsp coconut oil. Dip frozen white chocolate-coated berries, then freeze until set.
  4. Serve & Store: Allow to soften slightly before eating. Keep frozen for up to 2-3 weeks.
