4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 oz) dry French onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup French fried onions
½ cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sear Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper, then sear 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Make Sauce: In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, and French onion soup mix.
Assemble: Place chicken in the baking dish. Pour sauce over it, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake Covered: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Crisp Topping: Remove foil, sprinkle French fried onions, and bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve: Garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy!
Notes
For Extra Flavor: Add ½ tsp garlic powder or thyme to the sauce.
