8 cups chopped broccoli
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the creamy dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Finely chop broccoli and add to a large mixing bowl.
Mix in red onion, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and cheddar.
Add crumbled bacon and stir everything together.
In a separate bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice—mix well.
Pour dressing over the salad and fold until evenly coated.
Serve right away or chill for at least 1 hour for best flavor!
