• 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free mix)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In one bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another, whisk buttermilk, egg, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Use a piping bag or a ziplock with the corner cut to fill donut molds.
Air fry for 5–7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
