Easy Air Fryer Donuts Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free mix)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup buttermilk (or almond milk)
• 1 egg (or flax egg)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • In one bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another, whisk buttermilk, egg, and vanilla.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

  • Use a piping bag or a ziplock with the corner cut to fill donut molds.

  • Air fry for 5–7 minutes. Let cool slightly.

  • Top with cinnamon sugar, chocolate glaze, sprinkles—get creative!

Notes

• Make donut holes by rolling dough into small balls – air fry 4–5 mins.
