Easter Pretzels: An Adorable, Sweet Treat for Easter!

Easter is the perfect time for sweet treats, and these Easter Pretzels are almost too cute to eat!  With a delightful mix of sweet and salty crunch, these chocolate-dipped pretzels shaped like bunnies and sheep will bring smiles to kids and adults alike. They’re easy to make and perfect for gifting or adding a festive touch to your Easter table! Ready to create these fun little treats? Let’s get started

Ingredients

(For 12 sheep, 12 rabbits & 24 sprinkle/drizzle pretzels)
✅ 48 pretzel twists
✅ 1 cup white chocolate melting discs
✅ 1 cup dark chocolate melting discs
✅ 3 tbsp white nonpareil sprinkles (for sheep)
✅ 24 candy eyes (for sheep)
✅ 12 pink heart sprinkles (for rabbits)
✅ 24 black/navy nonpareil sprinkles (for rabbit eyes)
✅ 2 tbsp pastel sprinkles

Instructions

1️⃣ Melt Chocolate:

  • Microwave chocolate at 50% power for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Stir.

2️⃣ Make Rabbit Pretzels:

  • Dip pretzels in white chocolate, tap off excess, and chill.
  • Pipe more chocolate into the bottom hole of the pretzel to form the face.
  • Add nonpareil eyes & a heart sprinkle for the nose.
  • Chill, then use a food marker for whiskers.

3️⃣ Make Sheep Pretzels:

  • Dip pretzels in white chocolate, tap off excess, and coat in white nonpareil sprinkles.
  • Pipe dark chocolate into the top hole for the face. Add two dots of chocolate for ears and use a toothpick to shape them.
  • Add candy eyes, then chill.

4️⃣ Sprinkle & Drizzle Pretzels:

  • Dip in dark/milk chocolate, add sprinkles, then chill.
  • For drizzles, chill first, then drizzle with melted colored chocolate.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
  • For gifting, seal in small cellophane or ziplock bags.
