Dragon Fruit Piña Colada
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (for garnish)
- Toast coconut flakes in a pan for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Blend pineapple chunks, dragon fruit, coconut milk, and agave nectar until smooth and creamy.
- Dip the rim of a glass in agave nectar, then coat with toasted coconut flakes.
- Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
