Dragon Fruit Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Toast coconut flakes in a pan for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Blend pineapple chunks, dragon fruit, coconut milk, and agave nectar until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip the rim of a glass in agave nectar, then coat with toasted coconut flakes.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
