Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup fruit puree (see flavor options below)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Prep Tray: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Make Puree: Blend your chosen fruit until smooth. Strain if needed (e.g., berries, grapes).
  3. Mix: In a bowl, whisk yogurt, fruit puree, and honey until combined.
  4. Pipe: Transfer mix to a ziplock bag, snip a tiny corner, and pipe small dots (~1 tsp each) onto the tray.
  5. Freeze: Freeze 1 hour or until solid. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Fruit Puree Variations

  • Red: ¼ cup strained strawberries (~1 cup whole)
  • Orange: ¼ cup peach puree (1–2 peaches)
  • Yellow: ¼ cup mango puree (1 large mango + splash water)
  • Purple: ¼ cup strained blackberries (~1 cup whole)

Notes

✔ Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture (avoid runny yogurt).
✔ Strain seedy fruits (like strawberries, blackberries) for smoother bites.
✔ Adjust honey based on fruit sweetness.
✔ Freeze quickly to prevent ice crystals—eat within 1-2 months.
