Creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta: A Decadent & Easy Weeknight Dinner

Boursin Cheese Pasta

There’s something magical about the smell of warm pasta on a cozy evening. I first made this creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta for a family dinner years ago—it instantly became a favorite. It’s rich, comforting, and oh-so-easy. Perfect for busy weeknights or a special treat. Give it a try and share it with someone who deserves a warm, cheesy hug on a plate.

Ingredients

  • 200g (7 oz) pasta (penne or fusilli work great)

  • 1 pack (150g / 5 oz) Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup baby spinach (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Grated parmesan (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Save ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.

  • While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3–4 minutes until tomatoes soften.

  • Lower the heat and add the Boursin cheese to the pan. Stir gently until it melts into a creamy sauce.

  • Add the cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.

  • Stir in spinach if using. Cook for 1–2 more minutes until wilted.

  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with grated parmesan on top.
