  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, whisk together chicken broth and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Assemble & bake: Place chicken in the baking dish, pour the sauce over it, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
