  • 2 tbsp (40gstrawberry preserves (Bonne Maman recommended)
  • 1 ½ tbsp (22ml) milk
  • 1 tbsp (15gcream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pan: Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully mixed (the batter will be thick).
  4. Bake: Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.

Make the Glaze:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, milk, and cream cheese (if using) until smooth.
  2. Spread the glaze over the cooled brownies.
  3. Slice and serve!
