Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb box of pasta

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

  • 8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 6 green onions, sliced

  • 1 container grape tomatoes, halved or quartered

  • 45 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped

  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cook pasta as directed on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  • In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, and ranch dressing mix.

  • Prepare the veggies: slice green onions, chop lettuce, and halve the tomatoes.

  • Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and stir until fully coated.

  • Toss in green onions, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce. Mix gently until everything is combined.

  • Chill if desired or serve immediately!

Notes

  • Pasta Choice: Use short pasta like rotini, penne, or bowtie for the best texture.
  • Make Ahead: Prepare the salad a few hours in advance (without lettuce) and chill—add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
  • Extra Crunch: Add diced cucumbers or bell peppers for more texture.
  • Lighter Option: Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream or use light mayo.
