- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- Cook sausage, breaking it into small pieces, until browned. Set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté Onions:
- Add butter to the griddle, then cook onions for 3-4 minutes until softened.
4️⃣ Cook Hash Browns:
- Spread hash browns evenly on the griddle.
- Drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and press down firmly.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then flip.
5️⃣ Assemble & Stuff:
- Sprinkle cheese and sausage over half of the hash browns.
- Fold the other half over like an omelet to enclose the filling.
6️⃣ Add Toppings & Melt Cheese:
- Top with bacon and extra cheese.
- Reduce heat to low, cover with a dome or foil, and cook until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).
7️⃣ Optional Fried Egg Topping:
- Fry eggs on the griddle to your liking and place on top before serving.
