Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube crescent dough sheet
  • 3/4 lb. Boar’s Head SmokeMaster™ Black Forest Ham, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (salted preferred)
  • 1 Tbsp. poppyseeds
  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Dough: Roll out the crescent dough into an approximately 13×18-inch rectangle. Press the seams together if using perforated dough.
  3. Layer Fillings: Evenly layer the ham and Swiss cheese slices over the dough.
  4. Roll and Cut: Starting on the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the ends to seal and place the log seam-side down. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Arrange in Dish: Place the rollups in the prepared baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  6. Make Glaze: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, poppyseeds, mustard, dried minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the glaze evenly over the rollups.
  7. Bake: Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until the rollups are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
