Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate:
    Place each color of chocolate in separate microwave-safe bowls. Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
  2. Dry the Strawberries:
    Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them completely dry with a paper towel. Any moisture will cause the chocolate to seize.
  3. Dip the Strawberries:
    • Dip one strawberry into the white chocolate, coating it about halfway. Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • For a festive touch, drizzle melted colored chocolate over the white chocolate-dipped strawberries using a spoon or piping bag.
    • Alternatively, dip another strawberry into the white chocolate and immediately add Easter sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  4. Let Them Set:
    Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature or place the tray in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to speed up the process.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    Arrange the strawberries on a platter and watch them disappear! These are best enjoyed the same day but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
