• 2 lbs hot breakfast sausage
• 1 (30–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese
• 8 large eggs
• 2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook the sausage until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
In a large bowl, mix together tater tots, sausage, and both cheeses. Spread into the prepared dish.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powders. Pour over the mixture in the dish.
