Ingredients

1½ lbs sausage (kielbasa or smoked sausage), sliced ¼” thick
2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed and halved
2 15 oz cans green beans, drained
⅛ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup butter
1 cup chopped onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Place potatoes in a large sealable bag. Add vegetable oil, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Shake to coat evenly.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add sausage and water, cooking until browned and water evaporates.
Remove sausage, let cool slightly, then add to the bag with potatoes.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Allow to cool slightly, then add to the bag. Shake to mix well.
Add green beans to the bag, shake again, then pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
