Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

  • Optional: fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken thighs for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  4. During the last 2 minutes, brush BBQ sauce generously on both sides, letting it caramelize slightly.

  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with coleslaw, corn, or potato salad.

Notes

  • Use boneless thighs for quicker cooking and extra tenderness.

  • Try a spicy BBQ sauce for extra kick or mix BBQ sauce with a bit of honey for sweetness.

  • Leftovers are great in wraps or sandwiches!
