gordon ramsay steak marinade

Ingredients

12 oz Steak
⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 sprigs Rosemary, minced
⅔ cup Dark Brown Sugar
½ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
⅓ tsp Red Pepper

Instructions

Mince garlic and rosemary.
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil.
Add garlic, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
Place steak in a zip-lock bag, pour in marinade. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Heat a skillet, cook steak to your liking. Enjoy the aroma and sizzling sounds.
