  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 12 oz White Baking Chips
  • 8 oz M&M’s

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer.
In a saucepan, melt butter & sugar over medium heat. Once boiling, cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the hot mixture evenly over graham crackers. Spread to cover them completely.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven, sprinkle white baking chips on top, and let them soften for a few minutes. Spread evenly.
Add M&M’s, sprinkles, or decorating sugar for a festive touch!
Let cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use High-Quality Ingredients: Since this recipe has so few ingredients, using high-quality butter and baking chips can make a big difference in flavor.
  • Don’t Skip the Cooling Time: Letting the cracker crack cool completely ensures it sets properly and is easy to break into pieces.
  • Experiment with Toppings: While M&M’s and sprinkles are classic, you can also try crushed nuts, mini marshmallows, or even drizzled chocolate.
  • Store Properly: Keep the cracker crack in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
